ORDER PROCESSING
Normally orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days once orders have been confirmed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed (eg, during weekends, or public holidays). Large orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
A correct shipping address is essential for delivery. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address and cannot cancel your order.
Please check carefully and confirm your shipping address before submitting an order. If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us at eswc.egtech@gmail.com within 24 hours of submission, we will do our best to support your request.
If a package is failed to deliver due to incorrect address provided by you, we’ll contact you for a correction and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. And if any loss is caused by the wrong shipping address, it won’t be covered by the warranty policy.
If the packages arrive at the customs of your country or you need to contact the local courier to pick them up, we will send you an email. Please reply to the email within 24 hours and try to get the packages. Otherwise, Tranya Malaysia will not be responsible for the loss of the packages.
It takes longer than usual for delivery due to COVID-19, and the local post office may deliver your package to your door, your mailbox, or pick up points. Please keep an eye on the tracking information after your order is shipped out.
SHIPPING TIME
We cannot ship to PO boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
For orders placed within Malaysia, it generally takes 2 - 5 business days to ship from Tranya Malaysia HQ.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive the tracking information in an email once the order is shipped out. Please note it usually takes 2-3 business days for the carrier to update information online. If the carrier reported unsuccessful delivery, we will email you for re-delivery.
Please contact us within 7 days if you don’t receive the order (orders within Malaysia), our representative will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
CUSTOM TAX
Normally customers will not be charged any additional fees via regular mail. However, customs tax may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Tranya Malaysia is not responsible for any custom tax charged on its products.

Tranya provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days after delivery, although, the right to return the product must be 30 days after receiving the product. Once the returned item arrives back in Tranya’ factory for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues outside of this 30-day window. Notice:
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Tranya will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Tranya and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. You must provide us with order number whatever the warranty issue is, or we have right not to offer help.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
• Improper use or installation
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
• Accidents or External Force
• Lost
• Misuse
• Negligence
• Commercial use
• Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
• Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
Tranya will service and not replace:
• Products sold ‘as is’ or with all faults declared
• Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
• Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
Repair replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Tranya shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. Tranya products makes no other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties for the product include but not limited to: any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
