Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?

There are usually lots of underground cable lines along the places mentioned above, which might cause electonmagnetic interference and result in the siganal interruption.

My earbuds don’t charge, what can I do?
1. Clean the charging port of the earbuds by alcohol swab.
2. Change a Type-C cable
to see whether it works.

Why can’t my earbuds connect
to my phone?

Our earbuds will automatically connect to the last-paired device for convenient using. Please make sure you have turned off the Bluetooth function of your last-paired device before changing a device to connect. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support team for help.

Will the Bluetooth mouse cause the signal interference?

Perhaps. When your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, it might happen.

  • CHARGING:

My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?

Please try to follow the below steps:

1. Clean the charging slot on charging case.

2. Clean the charging connector on earbuds.

How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?

About 1 hour.

How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?

About 1 hour.

How many times can the charging case recharge the earbuds?

It can give 2-3 full recharges to the earbuds if the case itself is fully recharged.

How long can I play with the earbuds after a full charge?

They support up to 9 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge.

Why the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the charging case?

1. Please long press the earbuds and hold for 4 seconds to see if you can power them on manually.

2. If not, recharge both the charging case and the earbuds and try again.

What should I do if the earbuds still playing when I put them back into the charging case?

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not power off automatically when you return them to the charging case. Please long press the touch control button for 4 seconds to power them off manually, and recharge the charging case.

What should I do if there is no sound while connecting to a computer?

1. Delete the pairing record and reconnect X5 again.

2. You may need to select the X5 as the default playback and output device. This can be found in your computer's audio settings.

3. Update your computer's Bluetooth driver or buy a Bluetooth adapter that is compatible with your computer.

What should I do if only one earbud has sound?

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, pick them up and reconnect.

2. If that doesn't work, see "How to reset the X5 earbuds?".

What should I do if the sound is inconsistent on right and left earbud?

1. Please clean the eartips and the mesh filter on the earbuds gently with a dry cotton swab or cloth.

How to reset the X5 earbuds?

1 Pick up both earbuds and turn them off.
2 Press and hold BOTH earbuds up to 6-8s until the red and white lights blink.
3 The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.

Can X5 be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

No, X5 doesn’t support multipoint connection. If you want to connect X5 to a second device, please disconnect X5 from the first device.
